Description

Successful negotiators aren’t born that way!  It is a specific skill set that can be developed. Participants will learn the basic types of negotiations, the phases of negotiations, and the skills needed. 

These essential negotiation skills will be covered:

·      How to build rapport

·      Dealing with difficult situations and people

·      The impact of behavioral style (personality type) 

One of the favorite parts of the workshop is the component covering how to control or transform the anxiety experienced in negotiating. Participants will learn to read nonverbal communication of others, as well as to improve their own body language to achieve a winning edge. Negotiation tactics and strategies are included.
