The Interviewing Techniques for Inspectors and Regulators class will include characteristics of a good interviewer, preparing for the interview, how to build rapport, different types of questions you can ask, and possible barriers to communication. This is the same Interviewing class presented at our Introduction to Environmental Environmental Crimes Basic Course, so this would be a refresher for someone who has attended that course in the past.
