Description
ABOUT THE TRAINING: This is a scenario-driven course that introduces regulatory inspectors and attorneys to administrative, civil, and criminal environmental enforcement options, strategies and processes from the initiation of an inspection to the conclusion of a case. This training is available to government staff only.
LEVEL: Basic. This course is given once a year and does not change year to year.
Who Should Attend
Environmental regulatory enforcement personnel and attorneys new to environmental programs and/or enforcement.
Registration Fee
$400 registration fee can be paid by credit card or check. Payment is preferred by credit card to avoid additional purchase order paperwork. An invoice (order number) will be emailed to you automatically from the Arlo Registration System (if the payment is not handled during the registration process). The invoice will allow you to click and Pay online, to pay the fee at a later time. Thank you.
