This is a scenario-driven course that introduces regulatory inspectors and attorneys to administrative, civil, and criminal environmental enforcement options, strategies and processes from the initiation of an inspection to the conclusion of a case.
This is a scenario-driven course that introduces regulatory inspectors and attorneys to administrative, civil, and criminal environmental enforcement options, strategies and processes from the initiation of an inspection to the conclusion of a case. This course is a basic course, given once a year, and does not change from year to year.
The virtual classroom format will also include multiple practical exercise breakout sessions. Virtual participants must have a laptop/computer with a working microphone and camera, to be able to participate in the practical exercise, and cameras must be turned on during the practical exercise sessions.
This training is for government staff only.
